Christian Rapper king Stevian says the food was great. The server kept forgetting to bring what he needed but we understand what busy means. Thanks Red Lobster for serving king Stevian.

We went for a 2pm lunch on a Saturday. The place was 1/4 full and still they said a hour wait. We were seated in 30 and waited 15 more minutes before we had wait staff take a drink order. 30 minutes after that our meals came. Food was below their usual par. With the many seafood restaurants in the area choose another, unless you must have the biscuits. They were the highlight of the meal, but even they were smaller than usual.

All tables are6 feet apart you get throw away menus. And delicious seafood.

The food was really hot and good. The server was excellent this time. He was on his game so we will.come back and hopefully get him again!

Mark was exceptionally polite and efficient. Food was excellent Never had a bad experience at Red Lobster. Promise I will be back to this one. Wish all my waiters and waitresses were this good

I have to say the atmosphere was relaxing great service and excellent food I have gluten sensitivity I told my server he immediately make sure that my choice of food was made with out any trace of flour.He was really excellent. And I never had that kind of service thanks

We had all you could eat shrimp. The shrimp really had no flavor and it to forever to get your reorder considering there were very few people in the restaurant.

Food was delicious and the server we had was great. Young lady with piercings very attentive and nice!

I really enjoyed the snapper with asparagus and broccoli. My grandfather said the walleye was really good

Had dinner there Sunday night. Anne M was the greatest bar tender I've had in any Red Lobster I've visited. She was focused and made my experience very great. Food was excellent, but her service was even better. Took care of me from beginning to end. I had the tuna poke with red snapper and a couple of blue moons. Can't say enough about my experience.

I had a wonderful experience. The social distance and masks are in place. I felt very comfortable and I enjoyed my meal.

3 dollar's & change for this appetizer, you don't have to spend a fortune to eat here. It was delicious with a kick.

Did someone say seafood? I have to have my lobsters. Great service, very friendly, helpful waitstaff and good atmosphere. Sometimes the wait is long, but for me it's worth the wait.

😍 yesterday was my grandmother's birthday and they took very good care of us. The waitress came consistently to ask if we needed anything, she was well mannered, sweet, and i loved her southern accent.The food was astonishing and the Shirley temple i had was on point. 10 out of 10 would recommend !!!!!

Customer service was impeccable, food not so much. I ordered the shrimp and lobster roll. Terrible choice. The lobster tasted fishy and pasty. It was stringy and gross. The consistency reminded me of tuna instead of lobster. The shrimp were overcooked and tough. I didn't even eat them. I will not be ordering again. Thankfully the to go order came with biscuits so I'd actually have something I could eat from that meal. 2 stars are for the customer service only.

Food quality and service is pretty consistent. One of my family's go-to's for a decent meal. I wish the prices were just a little lower.

Fast take out service.

Very concerned about the lack of staff. While we had a 45 minute wait, the parking lot was empty, the girls checking people in were giving directions to other restaurants. When finally seated, most of the dining room was empty with dirty tables waiting to be bussed. Our server was great and very upbeat.

Every single time I decide to give this place another chance I leave disappointed and hungry. The bar tended (younger dude with dark hair) was very nice and helpful but wow NEVER order ToGo unless you want to wait over an hour just to be told that your order was missed (this has legitimately happened to me 4 times). The manager gave me my food free the second time it happened but she didn’t seem to care about anything and was just annoyed to have to talk to me. There are better places to go. Don’t waste your time or money.

We enjoy the endless shrimp. It's nice to have a handful of options to choose from, some grilled, some fried with a variety of flavors. Unfortunately the service lately has been hit or miss. We hope it gets better, we've been eating there for many years.

It was delish! For lunch I didn't want a heavy meal but wanted to eat healthy. I had a harvest bowl. Crispy shrimp, mixture of rices. Roasted sweet potato and Brussels sprouts. A small amount of lettuce. Can you beat that for a healthy meal? Very satisfying. Service excellent.

Great food and the waiter was even better than the food

Phenomenal food!! The lobster, steak and shrimp that we ordered was cooked perfectly! The customer service was exceptional as well! It was super busy and the kitchen seemed to have fallen behind, but our server was very accommodating and made sure we always had full drinks and biscuits and kept us updated on the progress of our meals!

Service was slow but Alora was great. Three your way double shrimp and fish. Ultimate feast and a Margarita no salt.

Where's my server?Was seated just before 7:25p, no line/no waiting for table. Sat for 15 minutes, no one came to table. Was seated right next to kitchen exit, every server saw us, some we saw several times. Saw a manager walk in and out of kitchen twice. We walked out and gave the menus to the greeter with explanation and she said Oh....

The man who took our to go order was extra nice helping us get what we wanted and delivered to our door. 😀.

Gwen was the best!!! She was on point with everything...we really enjoyed our meal and service. Please if you are having dinner here soon ask for Gwen she will make the experience worthwhile!!!

Worst food ever. Overcooked pasta. Greasy pasta sauce. Salad wilted. Shrimp way too salty. Few drink refills. Bathroom not too clean. Only good thing was the biscuits

Food was greatOur server was awesomeMuzak was loud. We have 3 ladies that wear hearing aids. Conversation was impossible except to person sitting next to us. The girl that sat us in that area said it was the quietest place in the restaurant.

Andrew our server was the absolute best hands down! Food come out fresh and piping hot in less than 15 minutes. Very impressed and will be going back soon!

Scallops. There are VERY few places which serve true scallops. Typically fake scallops made of stingrays are passed off as scallops. You can tell the difference in how they flake. These were real and wonderful. Service was good though not great, wait time was ridiculous considering you could see empty clean tables waiting. And they were understaffed. And for some reason, the biscuits which usually have adequate amounts of cheese in them hardly had any. I go there for the biscuits as I imagine lots do and was very disappointed.

Ask for Chad!!! Read full review for more detail. At this point I don't think 5 stars does justice to describe the level of service I have received this evening. It started at the front door with Halley (idk if I spelled that correctly), she was overwhelmed with entire lobby packed, but she kept a smile and made us feel very welcomed. Even paying us a visit once we sat. But I will admit the star of evening was the service provided by Chad (Ask for Chad if you ever come here!!), he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience even with the chaos of a packed house. He was attentive, patient, and made us feel like we were on top of the world with his service. I don't eat here often, but for the service Chad provided I will.

This was my first time coming here, and the experience couldn't have been better. The waitress was super nice, and very accommodating. The food was delicious and hot, and the atmosphere was inviting. Will definitely be back.

The service was poor... I've never had a waiter so rude with such poor hospitality skills. The whole experience was shocking.

The server Sydney did a great job. Y'all looked short handed at first but she was on point and the food was hot fresh and delicious. Give these guys a raise they are doing a great job. Everytime I come here they never fail to please. Good job guys

Great tasting food and nice people

The food was hot and fresh and it was a nice place to eat there we enjoyed our meal thanks you'll.

Server was really sweet, but the service was slow. We did not think it would take so long since we were there with only 3 other tables. We waited nearly 15 minutes just to be greeted and have our drink order taken. Then, we waited an additional 15 minutes to get our drinks... and so on. We sat by second kitchen area and could hear servers talking and joking around. Not the best of experiences for a red lobster that wasnt busy.

Not many good deals if you're on a budget, where they are charging 10%or so too much. Other than that the food is good and plentiful! Staff is always responsive.

Amazing service! The staff asked me if i would like more Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits and I replied "why else would I be here?!". I got the admirals feast which was pretty alright if you like seafood but the star of the show really is the bottomless Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

My wife has nice expectations about Red Lobster, not me but we went. It was Saturday. Asked for a table for 2. -We have about 25-30 minutes wait.-OK, can we seat at the bar, take something to drink in the meantime ?- Yeah sure.-Thanks.Around 50 minutes later...-So, about our turn ?-Ooh, I called your name 30 minutes ago, and got no answer...-What ?!? I was at the bar, you knew it, I told you... Rolling eyes from her.-I'll put you on the list. 5 minutes wait .-OKAfter 15 min...-SO ???-You know, there is other people...-Yeah, but other people had my seating 1h ago...Rolling eyes again...5 minutes later we got a table. No excuses, no nothing.Cole slaw was made with carrots tasting very old stuff.Lobster & Artichoke dip way too salty. And it had wait so long under the heating light that there was a crust over it.Very bad experience.I'll never, but never go back there again.A + for the woman behind the bar. Working like hell and try to keep her smile.

It was laid back, food was yummy, great customer service. The manager came by our table to see if the food was to our liking. The waiter was pleasant.

My family & I have loved Red Lobster for as long as I can remember & was one of my favorite restaurants for some time because of the great seafood, appetizers, & the yummy biscuits! The 3*** rating I gave for the most recent visit is because it took forever to get our food & they were not very busy. The restaurant badly needs refurbishing & it seemed to be disorganized and very short on staff. The food was good & our waitress was attentive, apologetic about the delay in getting our food and gave great service.

My husband and I shared a Seafood Trio Appetizer which was delicious!! It consisted of large shrimp cocktail (4), Mushrooms stuffed with Seafood Dip (6) and Coconut Shrimp with sauce (6). And of course, the cheddar biscuits! I got the appetizer as a reward on my Red Lobster App.

Service and food were very good.
